Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumbers by washing them and slicing them into thin, even rounds or long ribbons.
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over each cucumber slice.
  3. Add a thin slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and any optional ingredients you prefer.
  4. Roll each cucumber slice tightly into a spiral and secure with a toothpick if needed.
