Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers by washing them and slicing them into thin, even rounds or long ribbons.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over each cucumber slice.
- Add a thin slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and any optional ingredients you prefer.
- Roll each cucumber slice tightly into a spiral and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Garnish with fresh dill, sesame seeds, and a light squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
