- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly. For a cleaner presentation, line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Gently fold in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
- Divide the cheesecake batter evenly into three separate bowls. Stir in the caramel sauce in one bowl, mix chocolate sauce in another, and add the cooled brewed coffee to the last bowl.
- Pour the caramel cheesecake batter into the crust first, then add spoonfuls of the chocolate and coffee batters. Use a butter knife to swirl them together gently.
- Bake the cheesecake for 55–60 minutes. The edges should appear set while the center still has a slight jiggle.
- Turn off the oven and crack the door open slightly, leaving the cheesecake inside for one hour to cool slowly. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Chill overnight for best flavor and texture. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks.
