- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (100 g) caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour, mixing just until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Gradually add heavy cream and caramel sauce, mixing well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Let it cool before serving.
