  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup brownie crumbles
  • Mini chocolate chunks for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a jumbo muffin pan with cupcake liners or grease ramekins well.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar together until shiny and glossy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until a thick brownie batter forms.
  5. Divide the brownie mixture evenly into the bottoms of the muffin cups.
  6. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing until silky.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, filling each cup nearly to the top.
  9. Bake for 22–28 minutes until the cheesecake is set but has a slight jiggle in the middle.
  10. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
  11. Before serving, pile whipped cream atop each cheesecake cup.
  12. Drizzle generously with warm chocolate sauce and caramel sauce.
  13. Top off with brownie crumbles and chocolate chunks for a gooey finish.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for best results. Consider adding a pinch of espresso powder to the brownie batter for richer flavor.
