Description

A delectable dessert combining creamy cheesecake with caramel and apples, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples, cinnamon, and optional nuts.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve these bars with extra caramel sauce or powdered sugar for added sweetness.
