Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the donuts for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  7. Glaze with chocolate glaze if desired.
