Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
