Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.

- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top, smoothing it out beautifully.
