- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Beat together the softened butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until light and fluffy.
- Add the cream cheese and keep beating until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared springform pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool completely before drizzling the chocolate ganache and heavy cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing. Don’t overmix the batter to keep the cheesecake light and fluffy.
