Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • Biscoff cookies
  • Bananas
  • Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
  4. Layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the creamy pudding mixture in a serving dish.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over each layer.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
  7. Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream is very cold before whipping it for best texture. Use ripe but firm bananas.
