- 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- Biscoff cookies
- Bananas
- Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Whisk together the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
- Layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the creamy pudding mixture in a serving dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over each layer.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure your cream is very cold before whipping it for best texture. Use ripe but firm bananas.
