- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot.
- Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
- Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tenderloin in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create your sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the fried chicken or serve it on the side. Enjoy!
