Description

A delicious and easy-to-make banana fudge with a buttery Nilla wafer crust, creamy banana fudge layer, and sweet vanilla fudge topping.

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 tablespoons instant banana cream pudding mix
  • ⅔ cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup marshmallow cream
  • 2–3 Nilla wafers, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Make the Nilla Wafer Crust: Combine Nilla wafer crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until coated and press into an even layer in the pan.
  3. Bake the Crust: Bake for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
  4. Make the Banana Fudge: In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat until melted and smooth.
  5. Add Banana Pudding Mix: Stir in instant banana cream pudding mix, mixing for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Add Marshmallow Cream: Stir in marshmallow cream until completely melted and smooth.
  7. Add Banana Layer to the Crust: Pour the mixture over the cooled crust, spreading evenly.
  8. Make the Vanilla Fudge Layer: In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat until melted and add marshmallow cream.
  9. Add Vanilla Layer: Pour over the banana fudge layer, spreading evenly. Sprinkle crumbled Nilla wafers on top.
  10. Let the Fudge Set: Allow to sit until set, then refrigerate for clean cuts. Lift out and cut into squares.

Notes
