Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Fold in the vanilla pudding and whipped topping until the mixture is light and silky.
- In serving glasses or dessert cups, add a layer of the creamy filling. Top this layer with banana slices and a generous sprinkle of granola for that irresistible crunch.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the layers. Repeat the layering until the cups are full, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce generously over each parfait and sprinkle with more granola, crushed vanilla wafers, or chopped pecans.
