- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine butter, olive oil, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Melt and whisk the mixture until smooth.
- Mix together panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets so they cook evenly.
- Brush or dredge each cutlet in the melted butter and oil mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Press each chicken piece into the parmesan-panko mixture, covering them completely.
- Place the coated cutlets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, turning them halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or basil, if desired, and serve!
