- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar (for sweet Kugel)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Cinnamon and raisins (optional for sweet Kugel)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles until al dente.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, sugar, and melted butter.
- Add the cooked noodles to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
- For a sweet Kugel, add cinnamon and raisins. For savory Kugel, mix in caramelized onions and garlic.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden brown on top.
