- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Mix artichokes and parmesan cheese in a bowl to form the topping.
- Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet and spread the topping evenly over each one.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
