- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan to prevent sticking.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, blending until just combined.
- Toss the sliced apples with cinnamon, ensuring they are evenly coated. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Mix together the brown sugar, flour, oats, and melted butter until crumbly. Stir in the nuts if desired.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan, layer the spiced apples on top, and sprinkle the crumble topping generously.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the topping is golden brown.
