- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, mixing well.
- Form the mixture into patties and set aside.
- Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet until tender, then remove and set aside.
- Brown the patties on both sides in the same skillet for added flavor.
- Layer the cooked patties in a baking dish and top with the sautéed mushrooms.
- Combine the beef broth and milk in a separate bowl and pour this mixture over the layered dish.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
