Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • Corn tortillas
  • Cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Cabbage (for slaw)
  • Mayonnaise or yogurt (for slaw)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings (cumin, paprika, or taco seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings.
  3. Place the fish in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  4. Prepare the Cilantro Lime Slaw by mixing together chopped cilantro, lime juice, shredded cabbage, and mayonnaise or yogurt in a bowl.
