  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, cornflour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip the chicken cubes into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Thread the breaded chicken cubes onto skewers.

  7. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
