Description

A spicy and crispy dish perfect for appetizers or snacks, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cornstarch for coating
  • Oil spray for air fryer

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with cornstarch for extra crunch.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Notes

Serve with mint chutney or yogurt-based dips. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
