Description
A spicy and crispy dish perfect for appetizers or snacks, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cornstarch for coating
- Oil spray for air fryer
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken pieces with cornstarch for extra crunch.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Notes
Serve with mint chutney or yogurt-based dips. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
