- 11 oz Soft Caramel Candies, unwrapped
- 3 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
- Flaky Sea Salt (optional, for garnish)
- Extra Crushed Pretzels (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, spreading the crushed pretzels evenly across the bottom.
- Place the unwrapped caramels and cream into a saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted.
- Pour the melted caramel over the pretzel base, allowing it to slightly cool before adding chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth, then pour over the cooled caramel.
- Transfer the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
Notes
For best results, do not over-crush the pretzels and always add the heavy cream when melting caramels to maintain softness.
