Description
A no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy Biscoff-infused whipped cream and crisp Biscoff biscuits, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200 g (7 oz) Smooth Biscoff Spread (divided)
- 400 ml (1⅔ cups) Heavy Cream
- 50 g (¼ cup) Powdered Sugar
- 25 Biscoff Biscuits
- 50 g (¼ cup) Smooth Biscoff Spread (melted, for topping)
- 2 Biscoff Biscuits (crushed, for sprinkling)
- 1 Whole Biscoff Biscuit (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whip the Biscoff Cream: In a large bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and 50 g of Biscoff spread. Beat until soft peaks form.
- Melt the Biscoff Spread: Heat the remaining 150 g of Biscoff spread in a microwave-safe bowl until warm and smooth.
- Build the Layers: Arrange 12 Biscoff biscuits in the bottom of a baking dish. Drizzle half of the melted spread, then layer with half of the whipped cream. Repeat with remaining biscuits, melted spread, and cream.
- Decorate: Drizzle melted Biscoff spread over the top layer, sprinkle with crushed biscuits, and place a whole biscuit for garnish.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to soften the biscuit layers.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight to allow the flavors to meld and biscuits to soften fully.
