Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas or flour tortillas
  • Olive oil or any neutral oil
  • Salt
  • Optional: paprika, chili powder, garlic powder for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Baked Method:
    • Preheat oven to 425°F.
    • Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    • Brush both sides with oil, sprinkle with salt.
    • Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  2. Fried Method:
    • Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
    • Fry tortilla triangles in small batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
    • Remove and drain on paper towels, season immediately.
  3. Air Fryer Method:
    • Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
    • Arrange tortilla triangles in a single layer in the air fryer.
    • Cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway.
